What originally started out as a small press conference to dedicate Kyodo Yushi’s first production facility in America quickly turned into a large-scale celebration to commemorate the lubrication manufacturer’s facility in Wichita, thank local investors for their support and pay homage to the company’s Japanese roots. Lindeman Collective had all hands on deck to create a memorable event with Japanese flair. Our worked involved: designing a formal invitation, creating branded name tags and seat cards, coordinating a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce, working with the caterer and balloon artists to create a menu and décor that made a statement, developing talking points for speakers, managing media relations, creating welcome bags for international guests, creating custom branded chocolate bars as parting gifts and on-site management to assure everything ran smoothly.
